Royal Residence is a fully Georgian company that is new to the Georgian development market, although our team has 7 years of experience in the construction industry, as an importer of building materials and as a construction company itself.

The main goal of our team is to focus on quality. Based on the experience gained in the construction industry, we decided to enter the development market, where we would have our say and add another beautiful project to the city of Batumi, which would be distinguished by quality, living space layout, infrastructure and recreational area arrangement.
